Floating TV units, full TV wall units and media walls for apartments, villas, offices and hotels. Each unit is measured on site, designed around your screen and fitted with hidden cable management.

A custom TV unit is built-in or wall-mounted furniture made to the exact size of your wall. It holds your television, hides the cables and stores media equipment. Decora Dubai offers TV unit design in Dubai for apartments, villas, offices and hotels, covering measurement, design, fabrication and installation in one service.

We design four main TV unit styles. The right choice depends on your wall size, how much storage you need and how the room is used.
A floating TV unit is a wall-mounted cabinet that sits above the floor with no legs. The open floor underneath makes small living rooms feel larger and makes cleaning easier. Push-to-open drawers keep the front clean and handle-free.
Best for: Apartments · Minimalist living rooms · Bedrooms
A TV wall unit covers the full wall with a mix of open shelves, closed cabinets and a recessed TV panel. Books, décor, routers and gaming consoles all have a dedicated place, so the rest of the room stays clear.
Best for: Family living rooms · Villas · Home offices
A low TV console or bench stands on the floor and suits renters or anyone who prefers not to drill into the wall. We build consoles to your exact width so they line up with the screen and the surrounding furniture.
Best for: Rented apartments · Bedrooms · Flexible layouts
A media wall combines the TV with a backdrop of fluted panels, marble or sintered stone, backlit LED niches or an electric fireplace insert. It turns the TV wall into the focal point of the room rather than a black rectangle on a blank wall.
Best for: Villa majlis rooms · Luxury apartments · Hotel suites

A custom TV unit goes through six stages, from the first message to a finished wall.
Send us a photo of your wall, your TV size and the style you like on WhatsApp or by phone.
We measure the wall with a laser measure and check the wall type, socket positions, AC outlets and window glare.
We prepare a layout showing the TV position, storage and lighting, as 2D or 3D drawings. You then choose the finishes from samples.
You receive an itemised quote before any work starts.
Panels are cut, edged and finished in our workshop.
We fix the unit level, mount the TV bracket, route the cables, connect the lighting and clean up the site.
Moisture-resistant MDF, plywood and HDF backing panels, chosen for stability in air-conditioned rooms.
Matt or high-gloss lacquer, PU paint, wood veneer, HPL laminate and acrylic.
Marble, sintered stone, fluted wall panels and fabric-wrapped panels behind the screen.
Soft-close hinges, push-to-open mechanisms and full-extension drawer runners.
Fixed, tilting or full-motion brackets, matched to your screen size and weight.
Concealed conduits, cable grommets and a recessed power point behind the screen, so no wires are visible.
LED strips in aluminium profiles with diffusers, used for backlighting and lit niches.
Vented back panels or rear gaps so receivers and gaming consoles don’t overheat.
A custom TV unit fits your exact wall and hides every cable. A ready-made TV stand is quicker to buy but rarely fits the space perfectly.

TV unit prices in Dubai depend mostly on the unit’s size and the materials you choose. These six factors make the biggest difference:

Many Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah apartments have floor-to-ceiling glass, which can cause strong reflections on the screen. Placing the TV on a wall that does not directly face the windows, or using a tilting bracket, reduces glare. We check sun direction during the site visit.
Many apartment walls are gypsum partitions rather than block. A wall-mounted unit on gypsum needs timber or metal reinforcement behind it. Tower buildings also often require building management approval before drilling or installation, so it helps to apply early.
Villas in Mizhar, Al Khawaneej, Nad Al Sheba and Nad Al Hamar often have wide majlis walls and high ceilings. A full-height TV wall unit or media wall fills that space properly, where a small console would look lost.
As a general guide, the centre of the screen should sit close to eye level when you are seated, which is roughly 100 to 110 cm from the floor. Viewing distance is usually 1.5 to 2.5 times the screen’s diagonal size. We plan the unit around both measurements.
We design and install TV units across Dubai. This includes villa communities in Mizhar and Al Khawaneej, the Nad Al Sheba and Nad Al Hamar areas near Meydan, family homes in Al Barsha near Mall of the Emirates, beachside villas in Jumeirah, tower apartments in Dubai Marina, and residences on Palm Jumeirah, including Frond G.

The price depends on the unit’s width and height, the finish, the storage hardware, the lighting and any stone or panel backdrop. A simple floating unit costs much less than a full media wall. Decora Dubai gives an itemised quote after measuring your wall, so the price reflects your actual design.

Yes. A gypsum wall needs timber or metal reinforcement fixed into the frame behind the board first, which spreads the weight of the TV and cabinet. We check the wall type during the site visit and plan the fixing method before fabrication.
Cables run through concealed conduits inside the wall or behind the unit’s back panel. A recessed power point sits behind the screen, and cable grommets carry wires neatly into the storage compartments. Once the unit is installed, no wires show between the TV and the cabinet.
Yes. We build TV units for boardrooms, reception areas and hotel rooms, with ventilated AV storage and finishes chosen to handle frequent use. For commercial projects, we coordinate dimensions and materials with your fit-out consultant or designer. VERIFY
